What do I get as a member?
No Panic specialises in self-help recovery and our services include providing people with the skills they need to manage their condition and work towards recovery, enabling them to lead more fulfilled lives.
Our aim is to give you all of the necessary hints, tips and tools that you will need to recover and carry out this journey.
We do charge to give you some of our help; it’s £35 a year and we try and give you as much for it as possible.
