They are huge and scary to me. I think I may need to go whale watching to get over it. I was a llttie apprehensive about seeing a cruise ship (again, b/c of the size), until I actually saw one and got on. I think it’s the size that bothers me the most same with skyscrapers, but I can manage. Whales just scare the crap out of me!

It’s best to see a doctor who will spend time going over all the symptoms.My daughter was being treated for depression, after losing a baby, just got worse. She would have panic attacks in stores got to the point of not wanting to leave the house.We managed to find a different doctor who told us that she had been misdiagnosed that she needed anti-anxiety medications. It’s been about 6 months now she is doing very well.I highly recommend getting a second opinion if a diagnosis doesn’t seem right.
